Ordering
a) Internet:- Ordering over the Internet enables customers to access real time information and pricing of the entire product range, it also allows you to view your order history, create regularly ordered favourites and many other features to save time.

Refunds
In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and under the Trade Practices Act 1974 you may seek a refund if goods:
* are or become faulty through no fault of your own
* are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose you made known via the internet to the staff
* don’t match the description
* are contaminated or have defects that were not obvious or were not brought to your attention.
However, the restaurant/takeaway food establishment must be made aware of any transgression within a reasonable period, preferably on the day/night. You may be asked for proof of purchase and may also be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not of your making.
If you prefer an alternative to a refund, the restaurant/takeaway food establishments can arrange for goods to be exchanged or replaced. A store credit may only be offered at their discretion. Please choose carefully, as you are not entitled to a refund for simply changing your mind.

Delivery
a) The selected restaurant/takeaway food establishment is responsible for delivery ensuring your products are delivered in a timely and satisfactory manner. All orders are securely packaged so all products should arrive as they left. If you have any delivery queries, please direct them immediately to the selected restaurant takeaway food establishment.
b) Documentation:- An itemised Tax Invoice containing a description of goods purchased together with any delivery charges accompanies all orders.
c) Final Delivery:- All orders both domestic and commercial will only be delivered to residential or business addresses. Deliveries to apartments must be received by the apartment resident and cannot be left with other parties or in the common areas of the building.
